At Leafy Organics, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers across India. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, charges, and other important details in compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship our organic products all over India. However, delivery timelines may vary based on location.

Serviceable & Non-Serviceable Areas

✔ Serviced: All major cities and towns (covered by our logistics partners).
❌ Non-Serviced: Remote areas (subject to courier availability).

Note: If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you before processing the order.

2. Shipping Partners

We collaborate with trusted logistics providers, including:

  • Delhivery

  • India Post

  • DTDC

  • Other regional couriers

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Express delivery available for select locations at extra cost.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999 (varies during promotions).

  • Flat Rate Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹999.

  • Express Shipping: Additional ₹100 (subject to location).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
✔ SMS/Email notification with tracking details.
✔ Live tracking link to monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unavailability, the courier will attempt 2 more times.

  • After 3 attempts, the order may be returned, and a restocking fee (if applicable) may apply.

Lost/Damaged Packages

  • Report within 48 hours with images/videos for investigation.

  • We will resend or refund after verification.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only deliver within India.
